We know that underwear are the least donated items worldwide. We also know that the less fortunate who do not have access to clean and fresh undies are more prone to diseases, infections, and body odors. Highly likely, they may suffer shame, embarrassments, and lack of confidence.

How it all started
wishwear was established by DARBUKA, a people and technology company headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon. DARBUKA's mission is to create job opportunities in regions in the world where skilled talents are under or unemployed.

Anyone can donate. We are grateful to receive unworn undies, money, or your time & effort.
How to donate undies?
You can drop off your donation at any of our collection centers below.

What is the money used for?
All monetary donations go directly towards purchasing undies and distributing them to those in need. Operational costs are covered by DARBUKA.
What happens with my undies donation?
Undies are inspected to make sure they are unworn and fresh.
Undies are grouped by gender and size.
Undies are packed in sealed bags and labeled accordingly.
Undies are distributed to those in need.
Who receives donations?
wishwear distributes undies to those in need directly or through trusted partners in our communities.
wishwear embraces humanity and donates to everyone regardless of their ethnicity, nationality, gender, race, religion, age or sexual orientation.
How can I volunteer?
We are always looking for help. Here are some of the popular duties:
Accounting: help us manage donations, and budget spending.
Design & Development: update our website, create assets and brand materials.
Operations: source undies, distribute undies, sort and pack undies...
Public Relations: raise awareness, build partnerships with businesses & organizations, raise money.
Social Media & Marketing: raise awareness, campaign and out reach, manage social channels.
What do partners do? How can I become a partner?
Partners are organizations who help wishwear create awareness, raise funds, or gather donations. We are always looking for partners to help… it is as simple as carrying a wishwear display in your office, store, or space, where donors can drop off unworn undies.
